A Lazy week

Log entry Sunday May 27th 2018

Tuesday 22nd: I head to Next Island in my Quad. On arrival I take on the Red Papoo and get to 7600/10k, Later I attend SSI.

Wednesday 23rd and Friday 25th: I attend SSI both days. On the Friday I get to 8630/10k for the Red Papoo mission.

Saturday 26th: I travel by Quad to Calypso where I place a few items on auction. It’s Space Skilling Saturday and at the beginning of that I transport various stacks to Crystal Palace ready for future transport to Next Island.

I have not seen either Cals or Budski this week although Cals has been on line.

Divine Intervention

Log entry Sunday May 20th 2018

Monday 14th: I begin the week on Arkadia and as I am there I complete day 3/14 for the Oratan Payback Mission III, I did start that yesterday. Cals comes on line and I hand him the the ArMatrix SB-10 (L), he will be level 10 soon so will be able to test it, I am curious about these blades as they use ammo, this could be quite cost effective as it can impart similar economy as a gun and it should last longer. I head to Next Island and arrive in time to take part in SSI.

Wednesday 16th: I begin a Red Papoo hunt but am too tired to complete it so return to the TP to complete another day.

Friday 18th: I complete the Red Papoo hunt started on Wednesday, this takes me to 6752/10k.

Saturday 19th: I head from Next Island to Calypso Space Station by Quad and then take part in Space Skilling Saturday. Followed by a Warp for a new client. I go to the surface of Cyrene and scout the location of the Divine Golem, I test it too and survive more than one hit. Encouraged by this I decide to try this solo, stupid of me.

Sunday 20th: Still on Cyrene I take a look around, this planet always confuses me, I have not spent enough time here maybe if I had I would be confused. Nocturaline and Wolta warp in by Equus and heal me while I take on the Divine Golem, I had no Neurostim-C so it was not quite so easy as previous Divine creatures but we did it, considering I was quite drunk at the time that was a bit of a surprise. After Wolta stays to complete missions but Nocturaline and I Warp to Crystal Palace, I have decided to relocate to Next Island and am moving stacks there for crafting purposes, I am not sure what I need so I am moving almost everything, currently this is being put into Crystal Palace storage in readiness. I go the Calypso Space Station where I see Hone and complete the Divine Intervention mission then I return to Crystal Palace where I hunt a few Kreltin.

 

I have noticed a bit of an oddity with loot this week, it is almost equal to ammo cost for every hunt I have done.

Back with a whimper not a bang

Log entry for the 31st of January 2018

It has been quite a while since I last wrote something here, I have not been doing very much other than Space Skilling which is written of in the Pathfinder XXXI log. This month however I have been doing a little, I expect a little is what I will continue to do as I cannot dedicate as much time to this as I used to.

Last year I would occasionally have a small hunt after SSS, this happened mostly on Crystal Palace where I have the Kreltin mission to complete. These hunts were with just 50 PED of ammo and I would sometimes run out and finish with a blade. A few Kreltin were killed and the mission total slowly increased, it is still a very long way from the target of 5000 kills.

I have continued with this, this year when we are at Calypso, the first time I selected the wrong dome (it has been that long) and instead took on the Aurli with no armour, I managed a small global, I was solo but had not disbanded the SSS team, that was on 20th, the day of our 4th anniversary Space Skilling Saturday.

The following week on the 27th I completed Mission Galactica, at least as far as I wanted to go with it and acquired the Adjusted Restoration Chip which is the lowest chip offered, on doing this I discovered the side mission and have decided to have a go at that. I tried the chip against the Kreltin, with no armour, and it is very useful though that 50PED hunt did not go as well as the one against the Aurli.

Log entry for the 14th of August 2016

As you can tell I have not been doing anything other than Space Skilling Saturday for quite sometime now however this week, Thursday the 11th to be precise is the anniversary of my arrival on Calypso as a fresh faced colonist so I logged in for the traditional anniversary hunt.

Thursday, I was on Crystal Palace and there was no one to team with so I went solo against the Aurli, managed a couple of globals of 158 and 50 PED before I finished, oddly the A104 lasted the entire hunt, it normally only manages about 40 minutes but this time stretched to 60, maybe I was just slow. I lost only 25PED which is a as near to a birthday present as MA are going to give me.

After I tp’d to Calypso to help out Clyde, a friend who started the day after I did, he does not play much any more either.

Saturday, it was Space Skilling Saturday which went quite well. After I tried Aurli solo and naked, I managed 4 but it was touch and go at times with plenty of healing so I left it for another day. I would need a healer to make it practical I think.

Loss for the week was 55 PED and that gave me a return of 92%, if it was like that much of the time I would still be playing.
